Infinite Rise Global provides travel packages, villa reservations, and related travel arrangement services. Availability, pricing, itineraries, inclusions, and exclusions may vary depending on destination, season, supplier, and booking date.

A booking is considered submitted when the customer provides the required guest information and proceeds through the checkout or booking confirmation flow.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details, contact information, guest names, travel dates, and other booking requirements.

Infinite Rise Global is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Payment may be processed through our appointed payment gateway or payment partner. Payment confirmation is subject to successful authorization from the payment provider.

Prices may be shown in Indonesian Rupiah or another stated currency. Bank charges, gateway fees, foreign exchange fees, or other third-party charges may apply depending on the selected payment method.

Some services are provided by hotels, villa owners, tour operators, transport providers, or other third-party suppliers. Their terms, availability, cancellation rules, and operational policies may apply to the booking.

Where supplier rules conflict with general information on our website, the supplier-specific terms may take precedence for that booking.

Travel arrangements may be affected by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, operational disruptions, supplier changes, or other events beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, Infinite Rise Global will help coordinate available alternatives where possible, subject to supplier approval and applicable costs.

Infinite Rise Global will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable services. However, we are not liable for losses caused by third-party suppliers, customer negligence, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.
