Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are handled by Infinite Rise Global.

Last updated: June 2026

1. General Refund Terms

Refund eligibility depends on the selected travel package, villa, supplier terms, booking date, cancellation date, promotional conditions, and payment method.

Some bookings may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation Requests

Customers must contact Infinite Rise Global as soon as possible to request a cancellation or booking change.

A cancellation request is not considered final until confirmed by Infinite Rise Global and, where applicable, the relevant supplier.

3. Supplier and Third-Party Policies

Hotels, villa owners, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, or other suppliers may apply their own refund, reschedule, or cancellation policies.

Infinite Rise Global will help coordinate the request, but final approval may depend on the supplier.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after supplier confirmation and payment gateway reconciliation.

Actual settlement time may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment method used.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Administrative fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, promotional bookings, last-minute reservations, special arrangements, or supplier-imposed charges may be non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

If a booking is affected by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, or supplier disruption, refund or reschedule options will depend on supplier availability and applicable policies.
